- Royal Mail / DHL UK Express Courier 1-2 working days £5.99
All UK orders are sent using a Royal Mail or DHL signed for service. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or text with tracking details so you will be able to track its progress (Please ensure you check your junk mail, as sometimes they can pop in there).
We are unable to deliver to PO Box and freight forwarding addresses.
Once an order has been dispatched, we will keep you informed about when we expect your order will be delivered.
If you wish items to be sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver you will be notified telling you where your order can be collected from or notifying you when delivery will be attempted again.
If you wish to return your POD product(s) please follow the instructions below.
Customers are responsible for postage costs for the return or exchange of a product unless faulty.
Returned items should reach us within 30 working days from the day you received your order.
Please ensure all items returned are in the same condition as received, in original undamaged packaging and have not been worn outside or otherwise used. We regret that we will be unable to accept non-faulty returns if they are not in a re-saleable condition.
After returned items have been accepted by our quality team, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
How To Exchange/Return Items:
- Your item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative
- Attach an address label to your parcel and drop off with your chosen courier.
- We aim to process any returns or exchanges and refund within 10 days of receiving them.
